Revitalising Tropical Green Smoothie
A quick, refreshing and nourishing drink to recharge

Ingredients:
1 cup (240ml) of coconut water
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 cup (150g) frozen mango chunks
1 cup (150g) frozen pineapple chunks
1 handful of fresh spinach or kale (about 1 cup) (optional, for added nutrition)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or hempseeds (optional, for added nutrition)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional, for a zing)
Ice cubes for a thicker smoothie

Add Liquid Base:Pour the coconut water, if using into a high-speed blender.
Add Fruits and Greens:Add the frozen banana, mango, pineapple plus spinach and ginger (if using them).
Blend Until Smooth:Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more of coconut water. If you prefer it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Serve and Enjoy:Pour into glasses, sprinkle with coconut flakes and enjoy immediately!
