Essential Oils and Chakras

Our chakras are the energy centres in our bodies. There are many chakras in our body, but we will just focus on the seven most known ones.

Our chakras are directly correlated with our mental, physical and spiritual health. They organise the flow of our Electromagnetic Body.

If our chakras become unbalanced, it can lead to a compromise of the homeostasis of the body. A balanced chakra means a balanced you.

When we understand our chakras, what each one of them represents, and what we can do to optimise free flowing energy, we create a healthy environment for a balanced life.

Essential oils are a great way to stimulate, calm, and balance our chakras. I would love to share with you which oils to use for which chakras, because it is a helpful tool as you work towards a healthier chakra and a healthier you.

To use: Simply place 1 diluted drop over the associated chakra (if it’s not in a sensitive area), you can also apply onto the soles of your feet, use as a perfume, or simply inhale through the day.

Remember to dilute with a carrier oil before applying directly onto the skin.
